Inn At Fox Chase

I fancy myself as a bit of a hotel snob. I typically stay at Hilton or Marriott owned hotels or a nice Holiday Inn Express. Mostly because I don't get many vacations and when I do I pamper my inner hotel snob. My wife and I were going to be in town for a couple of nights and I made reservations at one of the local fancy hotels. But this time the price really bit. I mean, it hurt. I looked around and found this little gem....at half the price. That's right. Half. Ok, so it wasn't a suite but it was only 2 days. How bad could it be? I gotta tell you, it wasn't bad at all. Very, very clean, a free 24 hour coffee bar, free breakfast, close, accessable, free parking, spacious room... I only really had 2 gripes. One was a tear in the wallpaper in the bathroom and there was no plunger in the sink. What if you drop your wedding ring down there? Also, there weren't enough outlets for all the lights. I found that odd. But, in all, I was impressed. Glue the wallpaper, drop a new plunger in the sink, just remove the extra light. Easy, easy fixes. And at half the price??? I can look past a couple little imperfections. If you're going to be in the area, definitely give this place a chance. If they can impress a hotel snob like myself, you're gonna love it.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. I’ve just spent a month here while working in the area. The hotel is close to many eateries and links to transportation is great. The breakfast, while it’s the exact same everyday, was tasty and fresh cooked. (The eggs were usually different each day, actually.) The waffle machines were addictive and I will definitely miss those in my kitchen back home! The staff were great and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Fresh coffee/chocolate/tea whenever you wanted 24/7, a decent gymnasium and the pool was a surprise before the shut it up for winter. Big shout out to Sal on reception too for an unwavering cheery welcome ‘home’ each day! Always upbeat with a can-do attitude. Thx

While the rooms are on the smaller side, I gave this 5 stars because of the cleanliness. Guest services provided by Salvador and Jenna as we arrived were pleasant, helpful & informative. This is the only place we stay. We look forward to returning soon.

I spent 11 nights a this hotel for a work trip. 3 employees really stood out and went out of their way to make me comfortable. 1st Salvatore at the front desk never broke his smile. He was literally so attentive and genuinely seemed happy to be at work everyday. As someone from the south, he was a breathe of fresh air. He has serious customer service skills. 2nd Lawrence at the bar. He was also very attentive but took the time to inquire about my life and even helped me study. He is a keeper. And 3rd. While I had less interaction with her due to my schedule Mia, who I am to understand is relatively new to your establishment should be commended on the level of customer service and attentiveness to customer needs. She was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable to a point that I couldn’t believe she was new. These three employees, as a business owner myself, should be recognized as elite staff as they offer elite service! Thank you to them for making my temporary home feel like such a friendly welcoming atmosphere! All three are the epitome of what customer service should be.

My family and I stayed here twice last week for our brother's funeral. Our first checkin was Friday to Sunday and the second time was Thursday to Saturday. Our first time there was rocky, not due to the hotel itself per say but really some of the guests. After our first stay, I was in contact with Juan and we spoke about my first visit and he offered to compensate my family. We took Juan up for the offer and we were glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, and the beds are actually extremely comfortable. They have a small coffee bar in the lobby (free of charge) and breakfast is rather decent as well. The staff was nice to us each stay and the hotel was rather quiet. My family and I are really appreciative of Juan going above and beyond for us and accommodating us for the second stay. We will be back for sure.

While they are currently undergoing some construction inside, that did not detract from the experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast... (the free breakfast) was amazing! My only reason for not scoring five stars is that I only stayed one night, so I didn't get to experience everything that they had to offer.

Our room is very nice. Check-in was easy and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of things to eat. We love how close it is to the Parx Casino. They offer rides back and forth, but it was definitely in walking distance as long as the weather is decent. The only downfall at the hotel was the construction going on had one elevator not working, so the one that did work was very busy at times.

The property was clean & well kept. The room was tidy with a microwave & large refrigerator & coffe-maker. No issue with the temperature control inside the room. The hot breakfast is an added bonus! Reasonably priced property!
